Now Baking
When we first opened we never planned on baking, but with a classically trained pastry chef on the team, perhaps we should have known it was only a matter of time. Our pop-up cafe needed snacks, so we bought a tiny oven for afternoon cookies. Then we built out our first cafe at 14th & U with a double-stack oven and a full array of baked goods. Today, each of our coffee bars has a scratch bakery.
